\n\u2022 Play a lead role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge clinical services in the hospital
\n\u2022 Serve as a liaison between the Hospital and the college of health sciences, assisting the Deputy CEO, Academic and clinical services, in the training of all categories of health professionals within the hospital
\n\u2022 Lead in the development of medical equipment and technology
\n\u2022 Promote high professional standards within the hospital
\n\u2022 Act as a liaison between medical staff, management and the public
\n\u2022 Report directly to the Deputy CEO, Academic and Clinical Services
\n\u2022 Undertake other duties commensurate with this role<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be registered with a professional regulatory body and have a professional license to practise medicine
\n\u2022 Have at least 8 years of post-professional qualification working experience, 4 of which must be in a senior management position in a medical institution<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Possess strong leadership skills and motivational skills
\n\u2022 Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to arrive methodical process of problem solving which includes considering a variety of solutions
\n\u2022 Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
\n\u2022 Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule to get job done, as required
\n\u2022 Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines
\n\u2022 Must be a team player as well as self-motivated to be able to work independently and possess a customer focused mentality
\n\u2022 Must possess a strong work ethic, be trustworthy and maintain a high degree of integrity
\n\u2022 Must be proficient with Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Access<\/p>\n
