\n\u2022 Organize and schedule appointments of General Manager
\n\u2022 Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
\n\u2022 Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms to the appropriate quarters.
\n\u2022 Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (weekly sales reports)
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain a filing system
\n\u2022 Order office supplies and research new deals, suppliers and vendors
\n\u2022 Maintain contact lists (clients and suppliers)
\n\u2022 Submit and reconcile expense reports
\n\u2022 Provide general support to visitors
\n\u2022 Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
\n\u2022 Handle requests and queries from the general manager
\n\u2022 Manage the company\u2019s social media schedules and pages (Posting and feedback to page queries)
\n\u2022 Any other duties assigned by the general manager.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0Qualities:<\/strong>\u00a0Good communicator, confident, social media savvy, word, excel and PowerPoint proficient and must dress well.
