MSI, in partnership with the Palladium Group, implements USAID\u2019s E3 Analytics and Evaluation Project, which supports the design and implementation of rigorous evaluations for USAID\u2019s Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3). Under this Project, MSI will conduct an ex-post evaluation to examine the sustainability of the USAID\/Ghana Water Access, Sanitation and Hygiene for Urban Poor (WASH-UP) program, which sought to increase equitable access to improved water supply and basic sanitation for poor urban communities in Ghana. The ex-post evaluation will focus on the sustainability of interventions implemented during the first phase of WASH-UP, implemented from 2009-2015 in communities in the Accra Municipal Assembly (AMA) and the Sekondi-Takoradi Municipal Assembly (STMA).<\/p>\n

Please note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only Ghanaian\u00a0<\/strong>citizens are eligible for this position. Candidates must be based in the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The logistics manager will participate as an integral member of the evaluation team and will lead the scheduling and coordination of all in-county field work including organizing local transportation, scheduling meetings and interviews, and providing other support for data collection activities as required.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will need full-time availability for 10-15 days during July 2018 for fieldwork preparation tasks and full-time time for 15 days for in-country fieldwork during August 2018.<\/p>\n
