\n\u2022 Providing strategic direction in running the School in accordance with the policies and procedures, prescribed by the University Statutes and as may be determined by the University Council and the Academic Board<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be a senior Lecturer\/or its equivalent in a research institute and must have been in the position for not less than 2 years
\n\u2022 Be capable of handling and coordinating multiple roles and maintain a high level of professional and ethical standards
\n\u2022 Be visionary, business-oriented and capable of maintaining collaboration with internal\/external stakeholders
\n\u2022 Have extensive links with international bodies, advocacy groups, scholars and relevant scholarly associations and agencies
\n\u2022 The appointment is for 2 years in the first instance and may be subject to renewals as determined by the council<\/p>\n
