{"id":31820,"date":"2018-07-25T07:02:40","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T07:02:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=31820"},"modified":"2018-07-25T07:02:40","modified_gmt":"2018-07-25T07:02:40","slug":"tropo-farms-ltd-ghana-ongoing-recruitment-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tropo-farms-ltd-ghana-ongoing-recruitment-2018.html","title":{"rendered":"Tropo Farms Ltd Ghana Ongoing Recruitment 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for identifying learning needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing the appropriate learning intervention across the Company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Learning &amp; Development Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our People<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are confident, self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to our business.<\/li>\n<li>Are professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy.<\/li>\n<li>Have a good working relationship with everyone they meet at work behaving in a friendly, courteous and professional way.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a positive attitude to work, cooperating closely with team members and other departments to ensure Tropo is the best place to work.<\/li>\n<li>Set a great example for new employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountability &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Learning and Development Strategy with line managers by considering an immediate and long-term requirement for delivering Company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with managers and employees to identify the learning and development needs of personnel at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, directing, delivering and overseeing the training of all individuals or groups of employees including staff inductions, management development, and employee skills development programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and facilitate relevant in-house training programmes<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and monitor progress made via all the training programmes and schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop individual training programmes that meet the skills gap identified through the learning needs assessments.<\/li>\n<li>To liaise with external learning consultants where required to ensure that learning programmes meet the needs of Tropo farms.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement appropriate e-learning strategies<\/li>\n<li>Implement various learning methods company-wide including coaching, job shadowing, and online learning.<\/li>\n<li>Promote an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the Company.<\/li>\n<li>In consultation with the HR Officer \u2013 Performance Management, support the implementation of the Company\u2019s performance management and career development programmes to achieve its aims.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development and implementation of organizational development\/strategic OD and business improvement policy and programmes.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the above responsibilities, you will carry out such other duties as the Company reasonably directs from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your application to<strong>\u00a0tropofarms.recruiting@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for identifying learning needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing the appropriate learning intervention across the Company.
