{"id":31822,"date":"2018-07-25T06:56:32","date_gmt":"2018-07-25T06:56:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=31822"},"modified":"2018-07-25T06:56:32","modified_gmt":"2018-07-25T06:56:32","slug":"tropo-farms-ltd-vacancies-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/tropo-farms-ltd-vacancies-2018-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Tropo Farms Ltd Vacancies 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To deliver a quality customer focused and professional services on all post-employment HR and payroll services to the Company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HrR And Payroll Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our People<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are confident, self-motivated and demonstrate a passionate commitment to our business.<\/li>\n<li>Are professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy.<\/li>\n<li>Have a good working relationship with everyone they meet at work behaving in a friendly, courteous and professional way.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a positive attitude to work, cooperating closely with team members and other departments to ensure Tropo is the best place to work.<\/li>\n<li>Set a great example for new employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountability &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains payroll information by designing system; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data to ensure payroll is efficient and to schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, coverage, deductions, job grades, and transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and other non- taxable wages.<\/li>\n<li>Balance payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with legislation by maintaining professional and technical knowledge and enforcing adherence to requirement; advising management on needed actions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide high quality and consistent HR advice and end-to-end HR services to the employees of the Company in line with policy and service level agreement ensuring legal requirements are met.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor HR standard operating procedures to ensure high quality and consistent HR service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and ensure that confidentiality is maintained always at HR services.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a collaborative and professional partnership with colleagues in HR, Operations Managers and other key stakeholders across the Company<\/li>\n<li>Utilise technology to improve service delivery and overall service quality ensuring maximum efficiency in HR services, Payroll, Time Sheet, Security &amp; zoning, employee biometric entry on to the various facilities always.<\/li>\n<li>In addition to the above responsibilities, you will carry out such other duties as the Company reasonably directs from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"sharedaddy sd-sharing-enabled\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your application to<strong>\u00a0tropofarms.recruiting@gmail.com<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To deliver a quality customer focused and professional services on all post-employment HR and payroll services to the Company.
