The role reports to the Procurement, Logistics &amp; Customer Operations Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planning and Stock Management:<\/strong><br \/>\nAbsolute responsibility for all materials receipts into stock<br \/>\nProvide information for the update of the raw and packaging materials stock as well as the Finished Goods stock as a database for production planning and sales forecasting, and to provide at every point in time the availability stock of both raw and packaging materials and finished goods<br \/>\nSupplier Payments:<br \/>\nEnsure all documents required by finance for payment to be effected are submitted within 2 days after goods have been received<br \/>\nManaging Functions:<br \/>\nManage trucking and distribution schedules and loading to our key distributors and other customers<br \/>\nSupervise the activities of the warehouse supervisor<br \/>\nAppraise performance of immediate subordinates<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A good first degree or Professional Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management and\/or Higher Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (C.I.P.S.
