(Government and Banking sector)<\/li>\n<li>Plan, approaches and pitches.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019s needs, concerns, and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Present an image that mirrors that of the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work VF Cash and VBS teams and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development Planning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.<\/li>\n<li>Research on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company\u2019s unique selling propositions and differentiators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key performance indicators<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revenue<\/li>\n<li>Customer win-back from competition<\/li>\n<li>Customer Satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Customer retention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge Skills Technical Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Studies degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience in Sales (Territory Management)\/Relationship management (preferably in Telecoms or Financial Sector)<\/li>\n<li>Consultative-Based Selling Skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinker who can plan\/execute action to exploit sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>A solid understanding of how Vodafone Cash products can be applied to create commercial value in Customer businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present compelling business cases.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise \u201cthought leadership\u201d throughout Vodafone Ghana and Customer Organisations<\/li>\n<li>Identification of Customer Needs and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Networking, Prospecting and Persuasion Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Vodafone Cash Business Development Manager role is primarily responsible for growing revenue through the building of Key Customer relationships, identifying Business opportunities, negotiations and closing business deals.
