The role reports to the Head, Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that all security infractions are communicated to Head, Human Resources and also undertake follow-ups with the police when necessary<br \/>\nOversee canteen meals and services in collaboration with the canteen committee as agreed and run by outsourced service providers<br \/>\nEnsure that transport is available to bring colleagues to and from work at all times<br \/>\nCoordinate laundry services as operated by outsourced service provider and ensure that staff protective clothing are washed and ironed properly and delivered on time and agreed quantities at all times<br \/>\nManage the renewals and claims of insurance for all company vehicles<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelors Degree (Business Administration &#8211; Human Resource Management)<br \/>\nGeneral Business experience (preferably in Human Resource)<br \/>\nA minimum of 2-4 years business experience<br \/>\nExcellent HR and Commercial understanding<br \/>\nCross functional team collaboration abilities<br \/>\nMust be highly visible within the organization and will need strong influencing and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates who meet the minimum requirements should send their curriculum vitae to the appropriate email address: HYPERLINK &#8220;mailto: <strong>opportunities.cadbury@gmail.com&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer valid till:\u00a005 May, 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cadbury Ghana Limited, a beverage and confectionery multinational company and a market leader in most of the countries it operates in.
