The MMC Property Management Limited (MMCPML) was incorporated in 1994 as Makola Market Company to construct and manage shops, offices, and other ancillary facilities at the Makola area in the Central Business District, following the fire outbreak at the original Makola No. 2 Market in 1993.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Prepares for approval all General Journal Vouchers
\n\u2022 Supervises all Bank reconciliations on monthly basis
\n\u2022 Prepares weekly cash position and forecast reports
\n\u2022 Maintains a fixed asset register
\n\u2022 Supervises the submission of all monthly statutory payroll preparation
\n\u2022 Supervises monthly payroll preparation
\n\u2022 Supervises the preparation of quarterly management accounts
\n\u2022 Acts as the Accounts Receivable software Administrator and supervise Accounts receivable reports
\n\u2022 Puts together final budget based on departmental budgets
\n\u2022 Processing of staff welfare loans
\n\u2022 The successful candidate will act in the absence of the Head of Finance & Administration
\n\u2022 Ensures the timely submission of financial returns to third parties
\n\u2022 Any other duties that may be assigned by management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 ACCA Part II or CA (GH) Part II
\n\u2022 Must have at least 4 years post national service experience in a reputable organisation or an Accounting firm
\n\u2022 Working knowledge in the use of any Accounting package \u2013 (Knowledge in Accpac will be an advantage)
\n\u2022 Should not be more than 40 years old<\/p>\n
