\n\u2022 Assist the design and organization of training programmes on human rights for various target groups
\n\u2022 Support the revision\/development of human rights educational materials to raise awareness and to facilitate effective field education
\n\u2022 Gather and document information on human rights violations, following up on cases and refer for redress
\n\u2022 Support the development of work plans and innovative activities that promote an understanding of rights and responsibilities under the HR interventions
\n\u2022 Provide leadership in the planning, implementation and monitoring of activities on the field
\n\u2022 Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports as may be required
\n\u2022 Document success stories and lessons learnt
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be assigned<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience of the social and cultural setting in Ghana
\n\u2022 Experience in working with key affected populations will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Good communication (spoken and written) skills
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of the human rights situation in Ghana<\/p>\n
