\n\u2022 The CEO is accountable for developing new business opportunities and sustaining valuable relationships with private and public sector stakeholders to ensure that continuous development and expansion of the church\u2019s investments and properties<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Understanding of business and industry processes
\n\u2022 Good relationship management and problem-solving skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Ability to formulate strategies and provide strategic advice
\n\u2022 Experience in working with governance boards and the interface between the role of directors and management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Over 10 to 15 years of work experience in banking of finance industry inclusive of 5 to 7 years in senior executive management position
\n\u2022 Financial management experience
\n\u2022 Strong communication and people management, interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong business relationships, foster stakeholder engagement, create new partnerships and drive culture of collaboration and innovation
\n\u2022 Exceptional leadership and management skills with a focus on securing strategic partnerships, business planning, people and financial management
\n\u2022 Must be a member of a relevant professional body<\/p>\n
