Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Title 1:\u00a0Professor<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants for the post of Professors should be or should have been Associate Professors with at least twelve (12) years university teaching experience and a minimum of twenty (20) refereed journal publications arising out of research. Title:<\/strong>\u00a0Senior Lecturers<\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants for the post of Senior lecturer should hold a PhD in Management and should be or should have been lecturers with at least four (4) years university teaching experience and a minimum of four (4) refereed journal publications arising out of research. Title 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Associate Professor<\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants for the post of Associate Professors should be or should have been Senior Lecturers with at least eight (8) years university teaching experience and a minimum often (10) refereed journal publications arising out of research. Title 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Lecturers<\/p>\n \u2022 Applicants for lectureship appointment should possess a PhD in Management from a recognised university. Research or industrial experience will be an added advantage.
