Join us and help build technology that makes it simple to connect with information, business, societies, and each other.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Network Engineer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day to day Network Design, Tuning and Optimization support<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support and liaison with RAN related problem.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support in customer discussion, presentation, and workshop<\/li>\n<li>Monitor G900 and G1800 Refarming activity for U900 and LTE activation.<\/li>\n<li>2G, 3G and LTE parameter consistency checks, tuning and optimization to improve throughput, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handling customer complaints and provide solution with proper explanation report.<\/li>\n<li>Whole Network parameter audit and to provide recommendation to sort-out inconsistencies<\/li>\n<li>Necessary feature implementation and recommend parameters settings to better data services<\/li>\n<li>Participation in development of service portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job requirement<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years work experience in RF Design, Initial Tuning &amp; Optimization<\/li>\n<li>1 year proven expertise on Tuning for in mature Network<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with data collection tools, e.g. TEMs Investigation 13.0<\/li>\n<li>Statistical and Performance Analysis (Business Object, ENIQ, M2000, NETACT, FACTS, ITK)<\/li>\n<li>Command Handling, Traffic Observation, and Alarms Management (WINFIOL, CME, MOSHELL, M2000)<\/li>\n<li>Network Planning and Performance analysis (MAPINFO, MCOM, NEXPLORER)<\/li>\n<li>Good Knowledge on the Ericsson RAN Portfolio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Qualification<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with customer and identify area of improvement<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>End-user \/ customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions<\/li>\n<li>RF Related Small Tools and Macros (Exert, Google Earth, PIANO, MAPSOURCE etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated.
