TDC, a leader and a facilitator of estate development in this country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for inspecting building projects and ensuring that the necessary processes in land development are followed. This position reports to the Director of Development:<\/p>\n<p>Ensure that private developers carry out construction works in accordance with building bye-laws and regulations<br \/>\nReport any unauthorized developments to the Special Co-ordinator and serve notice on developers to halt such development<br \/>\nOrder the demolition of unauthorized development or its removal upon the advice of the Special Co-ordinator<br \/>\nOpen files and prepare site plans for regularizing plots<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must understand building rules and regulations<br \/>\nMust be willing to apply the rules dispassionately<br \/>\nMust have a minimum of City and Guilds final certificate in Building Construction<br \/>\nTwo (2) years working experience in similar job elsewhere<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants for the position who meet the above criteria should forward their C.V together with copies of the relevant certificates to the:<\/p>\n<p>Administration at TDC<br \/>\nCommunity One<br \/>\nTema<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tema Development Corporation (TDC) is a public institutiion created in 1952 to plan, develop and manage the township of Tema.
