Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Support in the daily relationship management of all Partners to achieve incremental value, the agreed yearly targets and partner satisfaction
\n\u2022 Support the implementation of partner commercial plans and joint sales action execution to increase sales across defined product categories.
\n\u2022 Leverage appropriate resources to achieve operational efficiencies
\n\u2022 Provide inputs in the development of a yearly partnership plan in coordination with EBU partnership team.
\n\u2022 Support in the management and resolution of all partnership related topics and issues, coordinating and leveraging MTN resources for their execution and\/or resolution
\n\u2022 Track and monitor compliance of Partner Channel Re-sellers\/Solution.
\n\u2022 Ensure seamless on-boarding of new partners, payments and resolution of grievances using the approved MTN processes and procedures.<\/p>\n

Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 A Degree in Business or Information Technology
\nExperience
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in IT, Telecom, Business development, Enterprise sales, Account management.
\n\u2022 Basic knowledge and skills in Products \/ Services, Quality Control and Process Improvement & Management<\/p>\n

\u2022 In depth knowledge of the market and industry
\n\u2022 Knowledge of the range of the corporate business partners
\n\u2022 Understanding of technology and services
\n\u2022 Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
\n\u2022 Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
\n\u2022 Knowledge in analytics and reporting<\/p>\n
