World Vision has been working with urban and rural communities in all the 10 Regions of Ghana to improve provision of water, promote sanitation and hygiene practices and quality education.<\/p>\n<h2>Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (House at Ghana Health Service within NTDCP) Jobs in Ghana<\/h2>\n<h3>Evaluation Specialist Job Description:<\/h3>\n<p><em>World Vision is looking for highly qualified and motivated persons for the position of\u00a0Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist\u00a0for Neglected Tropical Diseases Control Program (NTDCP) in he Head Office. The above position is pending funding.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To provide coordination and leadership for monitoring and evaluation. The M&amp;E Specialist will be responsible to asses and strengthen the NTDCP M&amp;E systems and tools and build capacity at all levels for effective and correct use<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and oversee M&amp;E activities ensuring effective use of data in decision-making and Strengthen the overall framework for NTDCP M&amp;E and ensure linkage to DHMIS<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and execute M&amp;E activities included in the Annual Work Plan, with particular focus on results and impacts as well as in lesson learning<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a system to identify, analyze, document and disseminate lessons learned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job Requirements:<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Advance\u00a0Degree in public health, health sciences, or the social sciences with three\u00a0(3) years field based work experience in conducting\u00a0M&amp;E on large, multi-regional public-health programs<\/li>\n<li>Working experience with the Ghana Health Service and knowledge of US Government M&amp;E expectations preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge\u00a0of M&amp;E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory)<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to Plan, design and implement M&amp;E systems, tools, and guides<\/li>\n<li>Strong facilitation, report writing and communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Good computer &#8211; data management and analytical skills.
