\n\u00b7 Test calls LQA \/ IFH results > 85%.
\n\u00b7 Follow the internal up-sell programme for Reservations department.
\n\u00b7 Perform any other duties as assigned to them by management
\n\u00b7 Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
\nDesired Skills and Qualifications
\n\u00b7 Equivalent of high school diploma
\n\u00b7 Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
\n\u00b7 Professional Certification (Bachelor, University Degree, Hotel School Diploma
\n\u00b7 2 to 5 years\u2019 experience in customer service position
\n\u00b7 Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
\n\u00b7 Opera central systems knowledge
\n\u00b7 Knowledge of either Fidelio V6 or Opera PMS is imperative
\n\u00b7 Good Keyboard skills and proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include MSWord, MS Excel and PMS, Opera
\n\u00b7 Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
\n\u00b7 Ability to investigate systems malfunctions or user-input errors
\n\u00b7 Ability to work under pressure
\n\u00b7 Detail orientated
