\n\u2022 Establish a database of all boundaries, mediation, international conventions on all issues incidental to the work of the commission
\n\u2022 Lead in negotiations, mobilization of social support and intersector agency collaboration
\n\u2022 Set up modalities for the resolution of disputes arising out of demarcations
\n\u2022 Providing leadership and guidance to successfully implement changes and improvement in the performance standards of the commission
\n\u2022 Work closely with other agencies to implement the strategic policies of the commission
\n\u2022 Produce reports on quarterly and annual performance of the commission administration to the commission
\n\u2022 Perform any other task assigned by the chairman of the commission<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience in the required skills inclusive 5 to 7 years in senior management position
\n\u2022 A membership of a relevant profession<\/p>\n
