Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Product Manager \u2013 TURBO<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting To:<\/strong>\u00a0Director, Business Operations Job Summary:<\/strong>\u00a0Responsible for managing the operations and marketing products for Turbo.<\/p>\n Key Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Product Role<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Assist the Marketing Director to plan, and develop the marketing plan for the Turbo brand Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Number of signups for TURBO Relationships<\/strong><\/p>\n External:<\/strong>\u00a0Advertising Agencies, Digital Marketing Firms and Production Companies Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Be able to work to meet deadlines regularly Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Minimum of 1st degree in Business Administration or Marketing<\/p>\n Knowledge:<\/strong>\u00a0Customer Relations, Marketing, Communications, Product Management,<\/p>\n Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Customer Service Technical Competence:<\/strong>\u00a0Good understanding and use of Excel spread sheet, PowerPoint<\/p>\n Personal Competence<\/strong> \u2022 Creative Decision Making :<\/strong>\u00a0Limited to set standards approved by management. \n\u2022 Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
\n\u2022 Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
\n\u2022 Manage access to brand assets
\n\u2022 Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
\n\u2022 setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
\n\u2022 Liaise with Team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Execution of TURBO marketing activities
\n\u2022 Customer service reports
\n\u2022 Customer call back reports
\n\u2022 FIL risk reports
\n\u2022 Customer complaint resolution reports<\/p>\n
