\n\u2022 Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of transactions
\n\u2022 Prepare monthly reconciliations
\n\u2022 Assist internal control documentation and compliance
\n\u2022 Prepare weekly liquidity reports
\n\u2022 Prepare financial management reports
\n\u2022 Assist in audit preparation and support
\n\u2022 Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
\n\u2022 Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
\n\u2022 Preparation of monthly statutory returns and payments for PAYE, SSNIT, WHT and VAT
\n\u2022 Other duties as needed<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
\n\u2022 Previous experience with a mining or mineral exploration drilling company is a plus
\n\u2022 Exhibit good grasp of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
\n\u2022 Candidates should have advanced knowledge and skills in the use of using Microsoft Great Plains system will be an advantage<\/p>\n
