TDC, a leader and a facilitator of estate development in this country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the Director of Administration, this position assists in the general administration of personnel matters:<\/p>\n<p>Compile month-by-month employee strength list<br \/>\nProcess requisitions for casual and contract labour departments<br \/>\nEnsure that all documentation on staff is properly filed<br \/>\nProcess paperwork for new employees &#8211; S.S.F. beneficiary forms, placement on payroll, etc<br \/>\nLiaise with employee representatives to handle matters concerning welfare e.g. bereavements, hospitalizations etc<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must have up-to-date knowledge of the country&#8217;s labour laws<br \/>\nHave the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and under minimum supervision<br \/>\nMust be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit<br \/>\nMust be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing<br \/>\nA first degree in Administration, Industrial Psychology or its equivalent<br \/>\nMust be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana<br \/>\nMust have five (5) years working experience in similar capacity<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants for the position who meet the above criteria should forward their C.V together with copies of the relevant certificates to the:<\/p>\n<p>Administration at TDC<br \/>\nCommunity One<br \/>\nTema<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tema Development Corporation (TDC) is a public institutiion created in 1952 to plan, develop and manage the township of Tema.
