Job Title:\u00a0HR Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for adherence to Ghana Labour Law and the implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
\n\u2022 Support Salary review , CBA and other labour relations negotiations.
\n\u2022 Responsible for year-round engagement schedules\/programs for all Industrial Relations stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Responsible for workmen compensation management and related compliance issues.
\n\u2022 Understand and assist in developing SOPs for HR processes and transactions.
\n\u2022 Responsible for 3rd Party Employees management [data, contracts, Vendor management -SLAs, payroll, medicals, etc.
\n\u2022 Responsible for all employee data base management \u2013 online & offline
\n\u2022 Other responsibilities as may be required.
\n\u2022 Performance management \u2013 assist in delivering performance management programs that drive a high-performance culture.
\n\u2022 Recruitment and selection \u2013 assist in managing the recruitment and selection, orientation and on boarding process.
\n\u2022 Learning and development \u2013 Assist HRM in driving and administering internal training, implementing and monitoring effectiveness of training programs.
\n\u2022 Human resources policy \u2013 assist in developing, implementing and maintaining human resources policies across the organisation, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
\n\u2022 Reporting and management of human resources metrics \u2013 produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, leave, absenteeism and turnover.<\/p>\n

We are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources management, Business management or related field and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
\n\u2022 Prior experience (minimum 4 year\u2019s post qualification experience) within a business partnering environment.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Understanding of the container shipping industry and Ghanaian Labour Market.
\n\u2022 Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful.
\n\u2022 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u2022 Proven ability to influence without authority and engage confidently with leaders at all levels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
