\n\u2022 Evaluates the programmes and activities of the entity
\n\u2022 Implements the programmes and activities of the division
\n\u2022 Provides inputs for the development of guidelines and strategies for the conduct of research, monitoring and evaluation activities of the entity
\n\u2022 Prepares and produces fact sheets, policy briefs, research findings, reports and peer-reviewed articles
\n\u2022 Provides inputs for the development of research agenda, research proposals and the preparation of resource mobilization plan
\n\u2022 Leads in the conduct of research
\n\u2022 Provides inputs for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the division
\n\u2022 Facilitates the preparation of annual reports of the entity
\n\u2022 Provides inputs for the preparation of the budget and work plan of the division
\n\u2022 Supervises and appraises the performance of subordinate staff of the division<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 1 year post Bachelor\u2019s Degree relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
\n\u2022 Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the entity in collaboration with the public services commission<\/p>\n
