To achieve the agenda of promoting sustainable economic and social development, eradicating poverty, and improving quality of life, SADA seeks experienced professionals to join its senior management team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your role:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Reporting to the Director, Integrated Development Programmes, the Coordinator will be responsible for leading the conceptualisation and implementation of a gender policy, and coordination of social development and gender mainstreaming in all investments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duty Location:<\/strong> Tamale and the Northern Savannah Area<\/p>\n<p>Job Reference: Coodinator, Social Development and Gender &#8211; (ESS\/11\/04\/10)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Masters degree in social science, development studies, social work or related field<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional qualification training<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years experience in community development, health, education, gender, youth programming and community mobilisation; 5 of which should be at the senior management level<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with district assemblies and community-based initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Experience in use of vulnerability assessment tools<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qualified applicants may send their CVs and application letters in addition to two referees to the address below.
