TDC, a leader and a facilitator of estate development in this country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provides independent and objective evaluations of the Corporation&#8217;s financial and business operations. This position reports to the Chief Internal Auditor:<\/p>\n<p>Analyze control system and procedures to determine their effectiveness and recommend measures for improvement<br \/>\nEnsure that financial transactions comply with the Corporation&#8217;s financial controls, policies and procedures<br \/>\nReviews draft audit reports and submit same to Head of Department<br \/>\nContribute to the preparation of the Corporation&#8217;s strategic plan and the consolidated annual budgets<br \/>\nMaintain contact with the Corporation&#8217;s External Auditors<br \/>\nConduct special investigations<br \/>\nPrepare periodic audit programmes for subordinate<br \/>\nSupervise and appraise subordinate staff<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must have sound knowledge of Accounting and accepted auditing principles, systems and procedures<br \/>\nMust be a computer literate with knowledge of Accounting packages, Word and Spreadsheet<br \/>\nMust understand and administer work rules and disciplinary procedures and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing<br \/>\nMinimum of BSc Administration (Accounting) and level II, III or any accounting professional body i.e. CA (Gh), ACCA, CIMA plus at least six (6) years working experience in similar position<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants for the position who meet the above criteria should forward their C.V together with copies of the relevant certificates to the:<\/p>\n<p>Administration at TDC<br \/>\nCommunity One<br \/>\nTema<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tema Development Corporation (TDC) is a public institutiion created in 1952 to plan, develop and manage the township of Tema.
