\n\u2022 Responsible for Operations and Logistics including imports, vessels and port activities, logistics, warehouses, etc.
\n\u2022 Manage Operations and Logistics team and ensure development of competencies and performance of the team to meet business objectives.
\n\u2022 Ensure processes and policies are in line with Yara standard and are reviewed and updated on regular basis
\n\u2022 Drive coordination with other departments to ensure product availability according to season requirements.
\n\u2022 Manage inventory management control.
\n\u2022 Manage and ensure local implementation of supply chain global initiatives from central product management team.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 4 year\u2019s experience in a Senior Management role.
\n\u2022 Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering and master\u2019s degree would be an advantage.
\n\u2022 Enthusiastic approach and leadership skills.
\n\u2022 Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and listening skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and at the same time good teamwork skills.<\/p>\n
