\nReporting to the Director, Integrated Development Programmes, the Coordinator will be responsible for leading the conceptualisation and implementation of a gender policy, and coordination of social development and gender mainstreaming in all investments<\/p>\n
\nRelevant professional qualification training
\nMinimum 10 years experience in community development, health, education, gender, youth programming and community mobilisation; 5 of which should be at the senior management level
\nExperience in working with district assemblies and community-based initiatives
\nExperience in use of vulnerability assessment tools
\nCandidates must be literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications<\/p>\n
