\nReporting to the CEO, the Director will lead development and implementation of comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation systems and processes capable of tracking the impacts of development investments<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, 5 at senior management level
\nExperience in public sector M&E design and planning, and development management institutions at regional and district assembly levels
\nExperience in working with gender dis-aggregated statistics, gender sensitive analysis and methods and use of statistical packages
\nActive member of national and international evaluation and planning associations
\nCandidates must be literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications<\/p>\n
