\nPrepares and submits complete, accurate and appropriate procurement, encumbrance and payment documents for approval and processing from the mines
\nEnsure all related documents are included in the respective files, to ensure ease of retrieval of information and the ease of following the paper trail of procurement
\nDevelops and conducts surveys and needs assessment tools to identify replacement needs and support budget requests
\nDevelops and maintains Excel data bases designed to track procurement activities
\nProcess backup reports daily and manage the weekly check run
\nMaintain procurement records such as invoices, items or services purchased and equipments inventories<\/p>\n
\nExercise good judgment in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and adhere to high standards of confidentiality and honesty
\nExcellent Computer skills
\nA degree or equivalent in relative field
\nBe able to mobilize at short notice
\nMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience in purchasing, materials planning and related services within a mining industry will be appreciated<\/p>\n
