\nMonthly reconciliation
\nIssue cheque and official receipts
\nEvaluating the effectiveness of internal accounting controls and systems
\nMonitor and maintain the credit files
\nEstablish and maintain cash controls
\nMaintain the purchase order system
\nEnsure data is entered into the system
\nEnsure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
\nPrepare income statements
\nPrepare balance sheets
\nMaintain financial files and record<\/p>\n
\nAnalytical and problem solving skills
\nComputerized accounting programs
\nAccounts payable and accounts receivables
\nBe honest, trustworthy, be flexible and demonstrate sound work ethics
\nA Diploma in Accounting and must have at least completed level two (2) ACCA\/ICA<\/p>\n
