\n\u2022 Manages the assigned training\/CMS and Team for effectiveness
\n\u2022 Provides input for onshore and offshore training needs as required Designs and implements tailored training as required by the business
\n\u2022 Tracks and reports program evaluations, program effectiveness and current and future competency skills gaps
\n\u2022 May develop and deliver programs such as new employee orientation, performance management and\/or organisational development training
\n\u2022 Complies with all applicable MODEC standards and policies
\n\u2022 Assists with the coaching and development of new team members
\n\u2022 Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
\n\u2022 Promotes privacy awareness, manages and oversees the deployment of Data protection requirements and the company\u2019s privacy strategy<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in a HR environment
\n\u2022 Experience within a contracting environment within the international oil and gas market is desirable
\n\u2022 Excellent working knowledge of expert systems
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including
\n\u2022 T&C best practice
\n\u2022 Organisational diagnosis
\n\u2022 Employee and union relations
\n\u2022 Diversity
\n\u2022 Performance management
\n\u2022 Ideally a member of CIPD or similar<\/p>\n
