Jobs 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tullow Oil is a leading independent oil and gas exploration and production company primarily focused on Africa and South America with a portfolio of 90 licences across 16 countries.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2006, Tullow has had interests in two licences in offshore Ghana.\u00a0 In 2008, Tullow was appointed as the Jubilee Field Operator and, working with its joint venture partners and the Government of Ghana, went on to achieve first oil in November 2010.\u00a0 The Jubilee field has become Tullow\u2019s key asset generating significant high-margin oil production. Tullow\u2019s second major discoveries and subsequent development in Ghana is the TEN fields where first oil\u00a0was successfully achieved on time and on budget in August 2016.<\/p>\n<p>There are further exploration opportunities for Tullow Ghana including expanding Jubilee to include outlying deep-water reserves. More information can be found here: Ghana BU<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Joint Venture Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Joint Venture Manager will be a key senior member of the Ghana Commercial team to ensure the TEN and Jubilee joint ventures work effectively and the rights of Tullow as an operator are protected and its obligations observed.<\/p>\n<p>Tullow Ghana Limited (TGL) is seeking to hire a Joint Venture Manager based in Accra. The JV Manager will be a senior member of the GBU Commercial team and will act as alternate for the Commercial Manager.
