Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Accounts Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Accounts Receivables<\/p>\n 1. Follows up all Outstanding invoices with the Client<\/p>\n 2. Process all cheques\/transfers from clients<\/p>\n 3. Reconciles Accounts Receivables on a weekly basis<\/p>\n 4. Sends AR Report to the Accounts Manager at the end of every week<\/p>\n Accounts Payables<\/p>\n 5. Analyze overdue invoices to Treasury<\/p>\n 6. Reconciles Accounts Payables on a weekly basis<\/p>\n 7. Process Invoices into the Accounting software (e.g. Microsoft GP)<\/p>\n 8. Sends AP Report to the Accounts Manager at the end of every week<\/p>\n Fixed Assets<\/p>\n 9. Reconciles Fixed Assets on a weekly basis<\/p>\n 10. Ensures that only expenses of capital nature are capitalized.<\/p>\n 11. Processes the disposal of all company assets<\/p>\n 12. Sends FA Report to the Accounts Manager at the end of every week<\/p>\n Treasury<\/p>\n 13. Prepares all payments and issues cheques, transfers, or cash as required<\/p>\n 14. Reconciles Bank Accounts and Petty Cash on a daily basis<\/p>\n 15. Sends Treasury Report to the Accounts Manager at the end of every week<\/p>\n 16.
