You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you\u2019ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling on policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement effective onboarding plans<\/li>\n<li>Develop training and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performance management processes<\/li>\n<li>Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee records (attendance, e.t.c.) according to policy and legal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR functions (pay &amp; benefits, recruitment, training &amp; development etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Strong ethics and reliability<\/li>\n<li>BSc\/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send CV\u2019s to alfredshaq@yahoo.co.uk<\/p>\n<p>Use the position you are applying for as the subject of your email.<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date : 30th September, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We at McGreys Services are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
