You\u2019ll enjoy an open, high performance culture that encourages idea generation and thought exploration in the following areas:<\/li>\n<li>Data Analytics<\/li>\n<li>4G, 5G Information<\/li>\n<li>Telecom Core<\/li>\n<li>Working in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous training on the job, in classrooms and via e-learning.<\/li>\n<li>A mentor and buddy program.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to the most recent trends of global technology such as 5G, IoT, Cloud, etc.<\/li>\n<li>An opportunity to work for the Global leader in the Telecommunications industry.<\/li>\n<li>On the job training and mentorship programs provided by senior experts in the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Working in the area of:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o Automated network operations<\/p>\n<p>o Core Network<\/p>\n<p>o Data entry and IT Infrastructure Operations<\/p>\n<p>o Networking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Tasks and Responsibilities you will be involved in<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in customer issue handling.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with handling of dedicated support.<\/li>\n<li>Share experience in Software Update Management (SUM) handling.<\/li>\n<li>Help with troubleshooting and resolving problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.<\/li>\n<li>Partake in interactions with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to configuring and integrating different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with groups in sales, Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D), Third party suppliers and local authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum education level required: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology (or a degree in a relevant field).<\/li>\n<li>Newly graduated individuals in 2017 or 2018 with the abovementioned qualifications are preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Internship experience from technical roles focusing on Support engineering is advantageous but not a must, e.g. experience from work as an Intern \u2013 Support Engineer.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle various customer raised issues through different tools and collaborating with different teams to handle these issues.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work in shifts and on calls.<\/li>\n<li>Able to visit different customer sites in different situations and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Competences<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good personal interaction skills and good communication capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive mind set \u2013 always include a broader scope in mind when handling requests<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to change.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity \u2013 ability to see and make things in a new or different way, capability of developing inspiration, innovation, or insight.<\/li>\n<li>Drive \u2013 determination, focus, take the ups and downs, stick with things long enough to see them through.<\/li>\n<li>Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams.<\/li>\n<li>Responsiveness \u2013 ability to understand, quickly adapt and act upon new information, influences and information.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to learn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We believe in growing our graduates and giving them a chance to have the best possible start in their career.
