{"id":33206,"date":"2018-09-20T12:59:04","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T12:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=33206"},"modified":"2018-09-20T12:59:04","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T12:59:04","slug":"hapag-lloyd-ag-jobs-2018-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/hapag-lloyd-ag-jobs-2018-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Hapag-Lloyd AG Jobs 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CFO for Hapag Lloyd Ghana Limited inclusive of Finance, HR, ITC, Legal and Compliance and responsible for;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Finance Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budgeting (Budget adjustment and quarterly Forecasts) of Overhead Costs and Operational Expenses<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly trend analysis and maintenance of costs standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Business Administration and Controlling function of Ghana<\/li>\n<li>Assist with Performance Management of the various business units in Ghana (presentation of KPI\u2019s and support with alignment)<\/li>\n<li>Manage Finance Closure Administration (Month\/Quarter\/Year End) within the company guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee external and internal audits and ensure unqualified reports received.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Balance Sheet and Income Statement Accounts and reconciliation thereof.<\/li>\n<li>Manage Accounts Receivables and Payables within the company guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Review and develop business processes in line with Hapag Lloyd guidelines, maintaining process excellence and digitization\/automation<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for cost saving initiatives and procurement (Operational and Overhead costs) and provide feedback and proposals to the procurement committee<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the Risk management of the Ghana office.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for credit policy to minimize the risk of bad debt loss<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Cash Flow of the Country within the company guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of Country level Business Systems group<\/li>\n<li>Management of Country ITC Support and Facilities functions<\/li>\n<li>Management of Country HR and Payroll functions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a feedback channel to Area Africa BU heads, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and goals of the Ghana office.<\/li>\n<li>Management of Country Statutory Records and Reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure total Compliance to Hapag Lloyd global standards and policies as well as local regulatory laws.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Ghana Managing Director in the implementation of policies and day to day activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports and analyze key data to drive improvements<\/li>\n<li>Participation in Expert Working Groups<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for setting targets and goals for individual departments within Business Administration and supporting with appropriate training and development.<\/li>\n<li>Coach and develop individual department managers and staff.
