\n\u2022 confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating receivable collections and evaluation of accounting data
\n\u2022 Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines are met
\n\u2022 Maintain financial and accounting information security by maintaining internal control procedures within the Finance department.
\n\u2022 Support budget and forecasting activities
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with all statutory regulatory requirements
\n\u2022 Ensure clean and timely year-end financial statements and statutory audits respectively
\n\u2022 Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department and the company as a whole
\n\u2022 Performs other duties as assigned or required by Head of Administration and Managing \/ Country Director<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Computer literacy with excellent MS Suite
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Double Entry and QuickBooks or any other accounting software will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years in Finance, Accounting and other related field
\n\u2022 Prior experience in interacting effectively with auditors
\n\u2022 Familiar with the laws and regulations that govern organisations in Ghana
\n\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\u2022 Fluent in English speaking<\/p>\n
