\n\u2022 The role works in the field to ensure these tasks are fulfilled to increase income and improve livelihoods of farmers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Assists in planning, coordination and documentation of meetings, workshops, seminars and other activities of the programme, focusing on on the technical aspects
\n\u2022 Provide technical trainings on cocoa agronomy and food crop production practices to lead farmer
\n\u2022 Work with relevant stakeholders within the cocoa lfe project to execute programme objectives
\n\u2022 Assists the Programme Manager in the establishment of a database for projects
\n\u2022 Oranises and maintains the projects\/programme documentation, filing system and projects\/programme library
\n\u2022 Prepares annual work plans for the cocoa life project
\n\u2022 Supports in liaising with other solidaridad projects, concepts and status of implementation, as well as with related experts and staff<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Assists in the recording and writing of results in each activity undertaken
\n\u2022 Writes technical and financial reports based on Solidaridad\u2019s specific planning, implementation and reporting procedures<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Orders and distributes projects\/programme public relations materials
\n\u2022 Supports organising public relations activities for the programme, workshops, conferences, etc<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 At least 3 to 5 years experience in similar role
\n\u2022 Experience in working with policymakers, researchers, consultants and knowledge brokers in international cooperation
\n\u2022 Experience in facilitating community development activities
\n\u2022 Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
\n\u2022 Superior presentation and facilitation skills
\n\u2022 Capable of working in dynamic, intercultural, multi stakeholder setting
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills with ability to produce professional reports in English<\/p>\n
