The role reports to the Head, Strategy &amp; Planning.<\/p>\n<p>The role has the following responsibilities;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise, prepare and facilitate strategic dialogue on behalf of the company\u00a0 to formulate company strategic objectives, principles and priorities linked to the respective planning cycle<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and support corporate strategy developments on the basis of sound market and competitors\u2019 analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct fact-based and continuous screening\/analysis and interpretation of the Ghanaian macro environment and the total telecommunications market and its impact on the business<\/li>\n<li>Design quantitative models with relevance to the Ghanaian market and identify critical scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies on the basis of chosen scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Develop and provide prompt subject expertise on business themes to management board and senior management on a project basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Role Specific qualification;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in economics, marketing and\/or business administration (or MBA).
