\n\u2022 Liaise between the recovery department and the bank\u2019s external lawyers on debt recovery and related cases
\n\u2022 Prepare and commence legal proceedings in court either directly or in collaboration with the bank\u2019s legal department
\n\u2022 Coordinate and monitor progress and evaluate performance of outsourced debt recovery firms
\n\u2022 Develop a system to effectively monitor progress made in respect of cases in court<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years experience in debt recovery process, especially in a financial institution
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 to 10 years standing at the bar
\n\u2022 Good knowledge in the Banking legislation and other relevant statutes and regulations
\n\u2022 In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and their current implementation
\n\u2022 MBA added advantage<\/p>\n
