\n\u2022 Champion the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies
\n\u2022 Ensure the design and implementation of need-based, cost effective learning and development strategies
\n\u2022 Articulate the bank\u2019s succession and career management strategy
\n\u2022 Ensure the formulation and implementation of an effective performance management system<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 12 years of Human Resource and Labour relations experience, with 5 years in top management role
\n\u2022 Membership of a relevant professional body (CIPD\/SHRM\/IHRMP)
\n\u2022 Government or regulated industry experience in an asset<\/p>\n
