\nRole & Responsibilities:
\n-Perform legal coordination of the businesses (domestic and international)
\n-Supervise the drafting of domestic and international corporate documentation (execution of powers of attorney and board meeting minutes) to ensure the correct status thereof in accordance with the pertinent legislative framework.
\n-Provide legal advice on contracts with customers, suppliers and domestic and international sales, as well as review and supervise the same with customers to guarantee the best conditions for the interests ofGBfoods
\n-Advise in litigation, in audit proceedings and in relationships with the Public Administration to guarantee the best conditions for the interests of GBfoods.<\/p>\n
\nDegree in Business Administration and\/or an MBA would be a plus, but not necessay requirement
\nAt least 5 years of experience ina legal department in a company or legal firm
\nGood understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law
