Committed to sustainable environments, M\u00f6venpick Hotels &amp; Resorts has become the most Green Globe certified hotel company in the world.<\/p>\n<p>For our\u00a0<strong>M\u00f6venpick Ambassador Hotel Accra<\/strong>,\u00a0we are currently looking for<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"JDLabel-Field4\" class=\"JD-FieldLabel\"><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To oversee the food &amp; beverage operations of the Hotel<\/li>\n<li>To interact with other departments to ensure guests receive high levels of service<\/li>\n<li>To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries<\/li>\n<li>To be creative and encourage and implement revenue generating ideas<\/li>\n<li>To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests\u2019 satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>To take the time to get to know the guests and to be committed to service excellence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven Food and Beverage Operational experience in Restaurant, Banquet and Bar Management<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Flexible to respond to a variety of different work situations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets<\/li>\n<li>Guest-oriented and service-minded<\/li>\n<li>Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At M\u00f6venpick Hotels &amp; Resorts, we are committed to encouraging and developing our colleagues in world class environments.
