Products and solutions will include but will not be limited to air conditioners, generators, welding plants, solar panels, power tools, lifts, and their servicing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Consultant (Electro Mechanical)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the relevant marketing area.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a level of customer service that will drive sales productivity and ensure that optimum results are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Timeously respond to request for quotes (RFQs) and proposals (RFPs).<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes as they apply to the respective activities.<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with the team, organize relevant seminar, trainings and sensitization programs for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Timeously respond to customers\u2019 enquiries and resolve any complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the project team during preparation of tenders and during project execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objectives of the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary aim is to ensure the monthly and quarterly sales, profit &amp; cash flow targets as laid down in the Quarterly\/Annual Business plan are consistently achieved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Academic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>A commercial degree with relevant experience selling electro mechanical products or providing electro mechanical services is acceptable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Professional Experience and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 \u2013 5 years progressive and verifiable experience selling electro mechanical products and services from a reputable company.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidates should have advanced proficiency in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MS Excel<\/li>\n<li>PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>MS Word<\/li>\n<li>AutoCAD &amp; projects (added advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be detailed, organized and able to work independently as well as within a team<\/li>\n<li>Be articulate and able to communicate well with customers<\/li>\n<li>Possess good organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with high level of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Be hardworking and able to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates are required for three locations: Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale.<\/li>\n<li>Contract will be for an initial term of six (6) months.
