This is an opportunity for people with long term vision to join a young business with potential to grow big and be part of the success story.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Cooks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies<br \/>\nPrepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)<br \/>\nCook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff<br \/>\nAnswer, report and follow executive or sous chef\u2019s instructions<br \/>\nClean up station and take care of leftover food<br \/>\nStock inventory appropriately<br \/>\nEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion<br \/>\nComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards<br \/>\nMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Educational level should be an HND in Hotel catering or BSc in Hotel management or equivalent professional qualification<br \/>\nProven cooking experience<br \/>\nExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures<br \/>\nAccuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks<br \/>\nFamiliar with industry\u2019s best practices<\/p>\n<p class=\"how-to-apply\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>APPLICATION GUIDELINES<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A CV with cover letter.
