Recruitment At Devtraco Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The role reports directly to the\u00a0DESIGN MANAGER<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Junior Architect\/CAD Technician<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Translating design ideas to operational schemes as directed by design manager.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SPECIFIC DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the presentations of design schemes with respect to modelling, rendering and animation of schemes.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic liaising between design team and project site team and timely reportage to design office<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of details as directed by design manager<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of working drawings for cross-checking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND in Building draftsman\/ site practice (Minimum of three (3) years working experience)<\/li>\n<li>Post graduate Diploma or Masters in Architecture (Minimum of one (1) year working experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SKILLS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independence and control of task: should be able to assume control of task assigned with less supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive in addressing problems: should be able to predict challenges in meeting deadlines, propose and execute remedies that will help complete assignments timely.<\/li>\n<li>Should be open to suggestions and criticisms and consecutively be willing to effect changes to design schemes without delay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DEADLINE:<\/strong><strong>Friday, 12th October,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>2018.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CONDITIONS:<\/strong>Only qualified candidates should apply.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Email CV, Application Letter &amp; All Relevant Documents plus Two References: recruitment@devtraco.com<\/p>\n<p>PLEASE NOTE: Indicate \u201cConstruction Quality Control Engineer\u201d as subject of email<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The role reports directly to the\u00a0DESIGN MANAGER Job Description Job Title:\u00a0Junior Architect\/CAD Technician OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: \u00a0Translating design ideas to operational schemes as directed by design manager.
