\n\u2022 Coordinates plans to ensure the availability of resources to support the activities of the directorate
\n\u2022 Designs and maintains an effective system for monitoring and evaluating the activities of the division for maximum results
\n\u2022 Provides input for annual budget and the strategic planning process
\n\u2022 Provides inputs for preparation of the Annual performance report
\n\u2022 Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual performance report of the Directorate
\n\u2022 Provides technical advice on administration and logistics
\n\u2022 Coordinates the development of framework for policies and practices related to administration and logistics
\n\u2022 Reports on the performance of staff of the directorate
\n\u2022 Submits reports on the activities of the Directorate<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years of post qualification relevant work experience, 5 years of which must be in a senior management position in a reputable institution
\n\u2022 Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Public Services Commission in consultation with the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Excellent strategic planning, quantitative and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership, administrative and communication skills
\n\u2022 Excellent report writing skills
\n\u2022 Team player
\n\u2022 Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
\n\u2022 Knowledge of financial administration Act (FAA), 2003, Act 658, Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2003, Act 663 and the National Labour Act (NLA)2003, Act 651.<\/p>\n
