He or she ensures full integration and overall project coordination, implementation and management for the full cycle of the industrial and business park in Takoradi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Project &amp; Facility Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The principal duties of this role are to provide comprehensive leadership to the project delivery team in the areas of services and Infrastructure coordination, program (including time and budget) management, site leadership to meet targets for delivery and operation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree or Diploma Certificate from an accredited University (Second Class Lower or better)<\/li>\n<li>Ideally member of a professional relevant organization (RICS, IFMA, PMI, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Work Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Program management and tracking schedules software (MS Project or Prince)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Facilities management software<\/li>\n<li>Supply chain and Works planning and management<\/li>\n<li>HSSE focussed<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Possessing clear, concise written and verbal English communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Research and report writing skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A potential candidate should embody WestPark\u2019s core values:<\/p>\n<p>o \u00a0\u00a0<strong>Transparency, Humility, Courage, Relentlessness, Trust and Imagination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><i>1. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><strong><i>\u00a0<\/i>Construction Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Provide hands on day-to-day tracking of all works streams provided by the construction team<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead weekly coordination of meetings with all work streams, identify issues and seek cost effective remedies<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead and coordinate the preparation of all documentation required for permitting for each development<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead all stakeholder and community engagements in the project vicinity<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Identify key risks and manage mitigations to ensure the timely delivery of the project and the target quality<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Project Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Provide leadership in for the delivery of road and drainage infrastructure, services infrastructure, home construction and community amenities such as landscaping, parks, and clubhouses<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Provide work stream packages that ensure early delivery in the project cycle<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Liaise effectively with the manager of the finishes team to ensure quality delivery of homes<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Provide for project milestone tracking, progress reporting, project scope change control and budget monitoring per the specific work plans or disciplines<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Facilities Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Provide input, manage and track approved annual budget<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Provide leadership and hands on day-to-day tracking of all works streams provided by the facilities management team<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead weekly coordination of meetings with all work streams, identify issues and seek cost effective remedies<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead and coordinate the preparation of all documentation required for permitting for each client<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Lead all stakeholder and community engagements in the project vicinity<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Identify key risks and manage mitigations<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 Each member of the WestPark team supports the sales function.
