{"id":3371,"date":"2011-05-09T22:12:10","date_gmt":"2011-05-09T22:12:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/?p=3371"},"modified":"2013-12-26T16:17:44","modified_gmt":"2013-12-26T16:17:44","slug":"arb-apex-bank-ghana-helpdesk-support-executive-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistghana.com\/arb-apex-bank-ghana-helpdesk-support-executive-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"ARB Apex Bank Ghana: Helpdesk Support Executive Job vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h2>ARB Apex Bank Jobs in Ghana:\u00a0Helpdesk Support Executive Job vacancy<\/h2>\n<p>Under the auspices of the <strong><em>Millennium Development Authority<\/em><\/strong> (MiDA), applications are invited from suitably qualified person for the Rural Banks Computer Operations Centre, under the Ghana Rural Bank Computerization and Interconnectivity Project (GRBCIP).<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>This position holder will:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to the Manager in charge of the Help Desk and will be responsible for all help desk issues<\/li>\n<li>Receive IT Support request from end-users and System Administrators of RCBs, log the request, and liaise with the Technical support team to resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Generate regular reports on all outstanding issues that need to be resolved<\/li>\n<li>Ensure end-users receive excellent IT customer service<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to users on issues logged with the helpdesk, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies (Secretarial Option) or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year post qualification experience in HELPDESK DUTIES preferably in a banking environment<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Temenos T24 Banking Software application is desirable.
